At Reggie’s Oil, our company is here to keep you safe and comfortable. We are an essential business providing warmth, safety, and comfort to our Massachusetts customers, and we want you to know that fuel oil deliveries will continue as scheduled for will-call and automatic delivery customers.
However, as you know, the recent spread of Coronavirus has impacted our community in a way greater than most people could have imagined. In order to keep our customers and team safe, we’ve taken a few precautions regarding service work and office hours.
- Our office will be closed to walk-in visitation. Please use our website or phone number to order fuel, pay your bill, or request assistance.
- Aside from 24/7 emergency coverage, which is always available to you, we will be limiting service calls. Please reschedule your service if you are sick or have been exposed to Coronavirus.
- During service calls, please allow our technicians to enter through a bulkhead or basement door in observance of social distancing.
